Despite the pandemic we are facing today, which is caused by the Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19), the executives of PHPC Co., Ltd. Inc. planned and discussed agendas on how to execute supportive actions that would help in some ways our Filipino citizens — especially at this moment in time — as an essential part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The company communicated with the Department of Education (DepEd) to help us look for schools who most need our assistance and help. From Metro Manila, our team travelled to Silang, Cavite to visit Lumil Integrated National High School, one of the beneficiaries of our continuing CSR initiative.
As the third leg of PHPC's CSR outreach program, this visit to Lumil Integrated National High School reinforced our commitment to supporting secondary education during one of the most challenging periods in modern history. Understanding that high school students faced unique challenges with the shift to online and modular learning, PHPC stepped forward to donate computer sets that would empower both the faculty and students to navigate the demands of distance education.

The warm and enthusiastic reception from the teachers, school administrators, and students of Lumil Integrated National High School served as a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Each computer set represents not just hardware, but a gateway to knowledge, opportunity, and a brighter future for Filipino youth. Guided by our core values of malasakit (compassion) and bayanihan (community spirit), PHPC remains steadfast in its mission to bridge the digital divide and invest in the nation's greatest resource — its people.
