Despite the pandemic we are facing today, which is caused by the Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19), the executives of PHPC Co., Ltd. Inc. planned and discussed agendas on how to execute supportive actions that would help in some ways our Filipino citizens — especially at this moment in time — as an essential part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The company communicated with the Department of Education (DepEd) to help us look for schools who most need our assistance and help. From Metro Manila, our team travelled to Mogpog, Marinduque to visit Marinduque Academy, Inc., one of the beneficiaries of our expanding CSR initiative.
As the fifth leg of PHPC's CSR outreach program, this journey to the island province of Marinduque represented our commitment to reaching even the most geographically distant communities. Understanding that schools in provincial areas often face greater challenges in accessing technology and resources, PHPC made the journey across land and sea to ensure that Marinduque Academy would not be left behind in the shift to digital and blended learning. We proudly donated 8 sets of computers to empower the faculty and students with the tools they need to succeed in the new normal of education.
